Once you've done that, continue down the hall and take out the guard. Interact with it to unlock a nearby door. Head to the left side now and you'll see a red panel. Once you have the keys, go all the way back down the hall. You only need to get far enough down the hall to hack a target and obtain their Access Keys. Don't take the guard down and instead follow behind him as he walks down the hall.

There will be a guard and some windows here. Once inside the next building, head right. Once you have the data downloaded, simply flee from the area. There are buildings you can climb and hide behind as well to try and buy more time. If cars show up, try to force them to drive around erratically to buy time. We suggest using hacks to keep the various FBI agents occupied. If you decided to stay in the area and don't take the van, it is more difficult, because the FBI swarm the area and you have to use all of the resources at your disposal. Once you hijack the van follow your normal process of avoiding and losing the police. Once you take out the few agents in the area, you can hijack the van and now the upload will follow you instead.
